AUTUMN TERM

We have enjoyed learning all about us this half term! We enjoyed getting to know the classroom, adults and school environment! We enjoyed making new friends and talking about our likes and dislikes. We used mirrors to paint a picture of our face! We spoke about our hair colour and eye colour! 

We learnt about the different colours and enjoyed exploring mixing colours using our hands! 

We learnt about lots of different festivals and celebrations this half term including bonfire night and Diwali! We enjoyed using rice to create a Rangoli pattern. 

AUTUMN TERM

We enjoyed our topic of past and present! We enjoyed learning about past and present toys and past and present transport! We enjoyed sorting pictures and exploring the toys from the past! 

We celebrated Winnie the Pooh’s birthday and had a special teddy bear’s picnic! We enjoyed bringing a teddy in from home and taking part in lots of fun activities including making puppets, decorating ‘Pooh Sticks’ and having ‘Pooh Stick’ races! We even had a special delivery of food for our picnic from Winnie the Pooh! He gifted us a special friend to look after!
