AUTUMN TERM

During the Autumn term, Year 3 have had a blast. This children explored extreme weather around the world and used this to create their own tornado in a bottle. The topic of weather linked with our art unit as they created ‘The Great Wave’. 

The children have enjoyed the hands on experiments in Science. The children investigated using magnets and took part in a range of investigations. We also explored different types of rocks and soil and conducted a range of experiments.

To develop our DT skills, the children designed and created a toy Prototype after receiving a letter from a toy maker. The children had to use a range of skills to achieve this and was enjoyed by all.
